Russell Williams

              Russell Williams, II is a full-time professor of Film and Media Arts. He joined SOC after an illustrious career in Hollywood where he won two Academy Awards for his sound work on Glory and Dances with Wolves. 

              He is an experienced producer and his work has brought him honors and recognition from the Mayors of both Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, from the American Film Institute, from Cal State Northridge and form Howard University and American University. He has taught at UCLA, USC and Cal State Northridge.Is a full-time professor of Film and Media Arts.  Randy Watkins

In 1984, Randy Watkins received his B.S. in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University with a specialization in Electronics and Mechanical Systems (robotics). From 1984 to 1988, he was a Project Manager/Systems Engineer for Johnson Controls developing building automation systems for the Louisiana State Medical Center, Northeastern Louisiana University, the University of Texas, Wyndham Hotels, Schlumberger and the Internal Revenue Service.

 In 1988, he founded and managed the Johnson Controls Training Institute in Los Angeles. From 1992 to 1995, he worked as a consultant to Merisel, ScanOptics, TMP Worldwide, Qualcomm and Microsoft. From 1995 to 1997, he worked for Entertainment Data on a Web-interface to their ERP system. In 1997, he developed the Towers Perrin automated benefits management system for Raytheon. In 1998/1999, he was interim Dean of Information Technology for Cumberland County College. Also, in 1999, he developed an American Management Systems ERP testing environment for the Philadelphia School District. From 2000 to 2004, he was Senior Dean of Information Technology and Services for Contra Costa College.
